I felt like I was stuck in a slow-moving loop that kept repeating the same questions and dragging on longer than it needed to.

The recruiting team and managers were pleasant, but the process itself took a long time because there were so many steps, and I kept getting asked similar things over and over.

At points, it didn’t feel fully respectful of my time. I dealt with missed punctuality—someone was late by more than a few minutes—and then the call was essentially a scripted screen that ended with a quick conclusion that my background didn’t align, even though they’d set up the meeting after receiving my resume. There was also an overall mismatch in how the interviews connected to territory fit.
