TJ Maxx Account Executive interview experience

Negative

Los Angeles, CAPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was genuinely difficult and felt hostile.

The interviewer made things uncomfortable and even tried to embarrass me. I was asked questions that they said were illegal, and the whole interaction made me feel incompetent.

I was also aware that I might be overqualified, and that perspective helped me cope with what was happening. I ended up being rejected, and honestly I was relieved afterward. The experience left a negative impression, but it also made it clear that the environment wasn’t for me.
