TJ Maxx Account Executive interview experience

The hiring manager was really understanding and kept the tone supportive, like they were trying to get to know me rather than grill me. She asked straightforward questions about my strengths and weaknesses, how I handled specific situations, and what my availability looked like.

I was a bit nervous going in, but she helped me settle down pretty quickly. The whole thing was simple, and even though the interview was a while ago, I still remember it as a good, easy conversation. I didn’t end up with an offer, but it honestly felt like a respectful process and I left feeling like I’d been heard.
