Loganville, GAPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For my interview, the manager brought me to the back and asked a solid set of standard questions.

It went really well and, instead of waiting around, they offered me the position right there on the spot, which I accepted immediately.

Another experience with a similar pace felt just as direct: I met with the person who would become my shift manager and we talked about my previous job experience and how my responsibilities connected to the duties of the role. That one also focused on the work environment and culture at that location. In both cases, it felt like they were moving fast after determining fit, and the experience ended with an offer.
