Edmonds, WAPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a phone interview and then followed up with an in-person interview afterward.

The structure felt like a clear progression: first talk on the phone, then come in for the next step.

In the in-person conversation, they wanted me to stay confident and answer in a way that showed I could learn. The questions still came back to how capable I was and how I’d handle areas where I felt I could improve. I kept the focus on being willing to learn and being confident I could perform efficiently, but the process itself stayed fairly normal and conversational.
