My process started with a recruiter phone screening and then moved into interviews that became more sequential.

After the initial screen, I did a conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with members of the department and the manager. The timing felt efficient—about a month from the phone call to the final interview and the job offer decision.

There was also a clear sales-oriented thread throughout. In the meetings, I was asked to introduce myself briefly and then we went into sales questions tied to customer-visit expectations and CRM updates. In one experience that also followed the same structure, the recruiter offered a verbal commitment and then a written offer arrived
