I started with a coding challenge that was relatively simple compared to what came later, and it required a linear-time solution.

After that, I went into a 3-hour onsite technical and personal interview segment.

The onsite involved three different interviewers from the office I was trying to join. The technical portion sat alongside personal conversations, so the interview felt like it was assessing both how I coded and how I presented myself while doing it.

Even though I was able to get through the initial challenge, I didn’t end up receiving an offer. Looking back, the biggest takeaway was how quickly the process shifted from a targeted coding prompt to a long, multi-interviewer onsite format.
