The Trade Desk Software Engineer interview experience

I was asked two LeetCode-style problems at a medium level, and the whole thing had a tense feeling to it because the interviewer seemed rushed and didn’t really slow down to make it collaborative.

The questions themselves were leetcode-medium in difficulty, but what made it harder emotionally was the lack of care in pacing—like they were trying to get through quickly rather than working through the problem with me. Even though I could follow the intent of the questions, the interview atmosphere made it feel less supportive than I expected.
