The Sleep Account Executive interview experience

After the initial contact, I was given a problem-solving style questionnaire/interview where I had to think through a scenario and explain what I’d do. The whole thing felt focused on whether I could reason through situations rather than just talk about past experiences.

Then the hiring team narrowed it down through multiple rounds with leaders—store manager level interviews repeated across more than one site, with a district manager involved as well. Each round still kept the questions practical, but I had to make my reasoning clear and show confidence in how I’d handle real-day problems.
