I went through a quick phone screen and then in-person conversations that still felt very casual.

The recruiters and managers kept it friendly and relaxed, with questions sprinkled in rather than a formal interrogation.

There was even an opportunity to try the mattresses so I could familiarize myself with what I’d be selling, and the only real “hard” part was keeping myself awake during the testing.

I didn’t end up accepting the role, and the overall feeling was that it was an easygoing process with a comfortable vibe—though comfort alone didn’t convince me to work there.
