The Container Store Account Executive interview experience

First was a phone interview with a manager. About a week later, I went in for an in-person meeting with managers.

Once I got to the in-person step, it felt straightforward and normal—more about fit and communication than anything overly complex. I remember the timeline being quick; after the week of waiting, the next steps came quickly.

I ended up being hired within days, and after that I went into training. The biggest thing I noticed was how simple the interview-to-onboarding transition was compared to some other retail processes I’d heard about.
