I applied online and got emails shortly after to set up a phone interview.

The recruiter-style call was pretty straightforward and only lasted about 20 minutes. I answered questions about my background and what I’d done before, plus why I was interested in the company and whether I could work the hours they needed.

After that, the process moved to an in-person conversation with managers. The format felt practical and fairly quick: it included a group component first, then a more private follow-up with a manager. In that setting there were videos involved and then questions that flowed from what they showed and from my experience.

Overall, it felt easy-to-moderate
