After applying, I was pulled into a recruiter screen and then a longer set of interviews.

The recruiter step led into an hour-long Skype interview, and then I moved into a much bigger commitment: a 3.5-hour in-person, case-style interview.

What surprised me most was that the cases weren’t about traditional math estimations. They leaned heavily into logic-style reasoning, and some of them were set in a health care context. Even the way the company talked about health care stuck out—it was emphasized as “health care” as two words. Between stages, the wait time felt long, which made the process feel drawn out rather than fast-moving.
