My first step was a phone interview, and I then moved into a panel case study.

The panel round was the part that really raised the stakes for me—the case was complex, and it forced me to think about what questions I would ask to understand a new issue before trying to solve anything. I could tell they weren’t only looking for answers, but for how I framed the problem and what I prioritized.

Overall, it felt difficult enough that I was constantly adjusting in the moment, but the structure also made clear what they valued: reasoning and good inquiry. I didn’t receive an offer, and walking away I felt like I’d been tested more intensely than I had anticipated.
