My interview experience balanced solid conversations with occasional scheduling friction.

The rounds included case study and behavioral components, and the people I met were friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy discussing the work and the company’s mission. At the same time, communication around timing wasn’t always smooth, and that part slowed my momentum between steps.

By the time I finished, I felt like I had a fair shot to explain my thinking and how I approached questions, but I didn’t receive an offer. Honestly, the friendliness helped, but the coordination gaps were a constant distraction in an already time-intensive process.
