University, MSPosted Nov 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got the opportunity at a university career fair and was offered an interview on the spot for the next day.

The interview happened on campus and was set up as a panel with two engineers. The questions were very simple, and what stood out was that there weren’t really behavioral questions involved.

Everything felt straightforward in the moment, but I never heard back afterward—even after several weeks passed. Looking back, it was one of those experiences where the interview itself didn’t feel difficult, yet the lack of follow-through left me feeling uncertain.
