Textron Aviation Software Engineer interview experience

The interview itself felt like a pretty standard campus-style conversation, with a focus on behavioral topics more than deep technical digging.

They asked me about times I ran into problems and how I handled them, with the usual “tell me about yourself / show me how you think under pressure” vibe. The interviewer was friendly, and overall it didn’t feel unusually challenging—more like a straightforward check of how I’d work with others and how I approached situations I’d faced before. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process felt normal and low-stress.
