My experience involved assessments and what felt like extra hoops that didn’t seem relevant to the actual business or the day-to-day work.

I made it through conversations where it was clear the process was more about gatekeeping than learning how I’d perform.

What really left me frustrated was the sense that the decision-making didn’t match the signals I was getting from the interviews. In my case, it felt like the outcome was predetermined in a way that didn’t reflect performance, and it was disappointing to see how the hiring outcome played out.

I didn’t receive an offer in either account tied to this journey, and overall it felt like a waste of effort.
