I applied through their website and then HR reached out to walk me through a pretty structured sequence.

First was a coding test on HackerRank, followed by a pair programming test. After that, I moved into a back-to-back interview block that felt like a deep dive rather than a single conversation.

I talked through software engineering concepts and technologies, then I got a problem that was more about my thinking process than writing code. Next came a system design question, and the final part was a discussion with the head of software engineering about the role, what they expected, and where I saw my career going. The whole loop ended with an offer for me after all the steps lined up.
