Denver, COPosted Oct 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got pulled into a faster hiring flow.

Instead of a long sequence, I was fast-tracked after an initial recruiter call. After that, I went in for an hour face-to-face meeting with the EVP of the office, which felt like a high-level conversation straight away.

The process then wrapped up with a short, 15-minute in-person conversation with my manager. It was unusually streamlined, and the whole thing felt more like confirming fit quickly than working through multiple gatekeeping rounds. I ended without an offer, but the experience was memorable mainly because it moved so rapidly from recruiter to leadership to the line manager.
