After applying online, I interviewed with the hiring manager and a few other managers, for a total of three people.

The online interview itself was about 30 minutes, and the format was to see whether they liked my performance.

If they were happy with how things went, they said I’d get a call back within 10 to 15 days and then an offer letter would be sent through mail. That timeline expectation helped reduce uncertainty.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt organized and procedural rather than chaotic, and the communication about next steps sounded clear.
