Greenville, MIPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a phone call, and after that I went in person, including a plant tour.

The whole experience felt inviting, and it seemed like the team already knew what they wanted from the start.

What surprised me was how quickly things moved after the onsite. I got the offer within about a week, and it also seemed like there weren’t too many other applications around the Christmas period, which probably contributed to the timing.

I ended up feeling like I’d been treated professionally and decisively rather than dragged through a long, vague process. The fast turnaround was the big takeaway, and overall the experience felt positive even beyond the offer.
