My first interview went fine, but the overall process fell apart because of scheduling issues.

There was a last-minute change to the second interview schedule, and it never got resolved. I couldn’t end up calling in for the second part.

After that, I never heard back about the position. That combination of an unresolved scheduling conflict and the silence afterward was what made the experience frustrating.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the biggest takeaway was how easily the process derailed even after the initial conversation went well.
