Telus Digital Data Analyst interview experience

After I finished the assessment, the premise was that if I passed, I could do freelance analyst work for Telus and get paid by task.

There wasn’t much beyond that: no elaborate interview or back-and-forth, just the exam and then the idea of taking on work pieces afterward. I didn’t end up getting an offer through the formal process, so it stayed more like a trial-by-assessment model.

I found the whole thing interesting because I hadn’t encountered that exact setup before, but I also didn’t fully know how to feel about the flexibility and uncertainty of being paid per task.
