My process was surprisingly smooth compared to what I expected—there wasn’t an in-person interview at all.

Instead, it came down to an online exam: a set number of questions that took real time to complete. After I finished, there was also a background check tied to their hiring process.

What stood out to me was how exam-focused it was. When I started the test, it didn’t feel like something you could rush; it was described as quite difficult, and the best move was to take my time and study as much as possible beforehand. I ended up experiencing it as a straightforward but high-stakes screening: if I passed the exam, that was effectively what led to being hired.
