I applied online and then waited as things moved on their side, including background checking.

After that, the final stage was the coding assessment, and the message was clear that I had to pass everything before I could be hired. The timeline stretched across multiple steps rather than a quick back-and-forth.

Once I got the coding-focused test, I was given guidelines first, then had to study them and attempt the assessment online. The preparation part took me a few weeks of reading and then a few days to actually work through the test. Overall it felt more challenging than a typical online quiz, because the guidelines really mattered and the assessment itself was the gate.
