I went through a mostly form-based process.

I signed up through the website with my resume, filled out a separate form, and then waited a few days for results. If I was selected, the next step was an online exam.

When I did get the assessment, it felt like it was grounded in handling long, detailed requirements rather than short, simple questions. It also seemed geared toward analyzing data in a practical, current way, and the pay model was described as task-based—so my experience became less about a traditional interview and more about whether I could produce accurate work under their test constraints.
