Even though I was working through the hiring side of TCS, the part that stayed frustrating for me was the onboarding HR follow-up.

I felt like the onboarding HR team wasn’t responding properly, and messages weren’t getting replied to in a timely way.

It didn’t stop there—my experience with the project HR was also really disappointing. I had to chase an experience letter, and it took multiple emails and multiple calls just to get it.

What I remember most is how unlike my previous experience this felt, because I hadn’t seen that level of HR follow-up issues before. I did end up with an offer, but the administrative side left me with a negative impression that lingered after the interview process.
