My TCS interview ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I walked into the process expecting a serious evaluation, but the whole interaction felt like it led me to believe I was selected, and then I was rejected.

The feeling after that rejection was hard to shake because it came across like the process was treating it like mass hiring while functioning more like mass rejection. It felt like a waste of time overall, not just because of the rejection itself, but because the tone and signals during the interview didn’t match the result.
