CalcuttaPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

As a 2025 batch candidate, my TCS experience turned out to be extremely exhausting more because of timing and final results than the interviews themselves.

The results were frozen for around five months, and once they were finally released it turned out that about 95% of the candidates were rejected.

Even though I’d gone through the process hoping for a fair chance, the long wait and the outcome made the whole thing feel draining. Looking back, the interview path wasn’t what left the biggest mark—it was the uncertainty stretched out over months and the scale of rejection that made it feel like a lot of time got wasted.
