TCS Systems Engineer interview experience

There were three interviewers involved—TR, MR, and HR—and the whole session lasted about half an hour.

Before that interview, I had to qualify the NQT, and after the discussion I was selected for the Ninja role. The way the questions were framed felt like it was largely assessing communication and fit, with a smaller portion touching on technical grounding rather than deep coding puzzles.
