The process I went through was noticeably long and frustrating.

There was a walk-in component that took a lot of time to sit through, and the overall setup felt confusing. Even after going through the steps, I didn’t receive any clear reply after the interviews.

What stuck with me was the lack of follow-through. The company’s arrangements didn’t feel organized, and it never turned into a decision that I could understand. I wasn’t selected, and the whole thing left me with the feeling that even though time was spent, the process didn’t properly communicate what was happening or why.
