Tata Consultancy Services (North America) Consultant interview experience

The scheduling detail that stood out was how accommodating the interviewers were with my availability—they kept meetings to 30–45 minutes.

Even though the overall difficulty wasn’t labeled as extreme, the stretched-out timeline made it feel like a steady process rather than a fast sprint. The biggest impression was the coordination: fewer surprises and clearer transitions between rounds.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the reflection I had was that while the recruiter communication helped a lot, the long timeline still didn’t translate into a final decision.
