Tata Consultancy Services (North America) Business Analyst interview experience

The process felt smooth from start to finish, and the pacing made it easy to stay engaged rather than stressed.

In the phone screen, we covered background and a bit of how I worked, then the next round blended behavioral with technical questioning. After that, I ended up getting hired as an analyst, and I was later trained on different technologies. Looking back, I felt happy with both the interview experience and the onboarding that followed, because the transition felt intentional rather than abrupt.
