My interview was light-touch and pretty fast compared with more in-depth processes I’d seen.

I had one screening call with HR, then a 30-minute interview with a team, and another 30-minute conversation with a director.

There wasn’t really a deep dive into capabilities or any case-style work. The early engagement felt genuine, but once I reached the later stage, they stopped responding. I followed up for feedback and even for an official rejection, but I ended up being effectively ghosted after the last round.

I never received an offer, and the part that bothered me most was the unprofessional silence after I’d already done everything they asked.
