Tata Consultancy Services (North America) Business Analyst interview experience

The questions were centered on the core reasons behind the process and the basics around joining and working with the company.

They asked things like why I wanted to join, and whether I’d worked on any project related to business process improvement. I remember liking the interviewers because the conversation felt normal and not overly intimidating, and the questions were broad enough that my general understanding mattered more than memorizing niche technical facts.
