My recruitment process dragged on for a long time—about 6 months.

Communication was poor; I was given an interview invite only around 12 hours before, and the interview itself lasted roughly 2.5 hours.

Most of what I faced was technical—around 90%—and it felt too technical and extremely difficult. A lot of the questions were theoretical, almost like a classroom exam, and only a small portion was behavioral. Overall, it was one of the more exhausting interview experiences I had because the focus and difficulty were so intense with minimal lead time.
