I went through a pretty quick but tough early screen.

I had an interview-call round that lasted about 40 minutes where the interviewer asked me a lot of questions, then I moved forward to an assessment test.

The assessment was the real blocker for me. I scored 46, but the passing mark was 50, so I didn’t proceed further. Overall it felt like the process was competitive and unforgiving right away—clearing the first conversation wasn’t enough when the test results didn’t meet the threshold.
