I came through the college campus route, and the process started with an aptitude test followed by a technical test.

After that, I had a group discussion where the conversation focused on how I thought and communicated in a shared setting, not just raw technical knowledge. The final step was a technical/HR interaction, where they checked both my understanding of the role and how I would fit the environment.

Overall it felt fairly standard for a campus hiring flow—challenging in places, but not overwhelming. I never got an offer, and what stuck with me was how much the group discussion and the mixed technical/HR round mattered, even though I expected the technical test to carry most of the weight.
