My process felt pretty simple and more straightforward than intense technical grilling.

It went through an assessment communications round, then a technical round, and finally an HR discussion.

The technical focus was mostly on networking concepts, and the communication-heavy parts felt light enough that I didn’t feel overly stressed. I was told I’d get results within a few days if I cleared, and that the process itself wasn’t supposed to be complicated.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the experience still left me with the impression that the bar was mostly about having solid networking basics ready rather than handling a wide range of unfamiliar topics.
