Target Account Executive interview experience

I started with an online application, and then the process moved into an in-person interview where I talked through how I’d help guests, how I’d handle challenges, and how I’d stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

A lot of the questions also circled back to logistics: whether I could stand for long hours, how I’d handle schedules, and whether I’d be comfortable performing the type of work for the duration of a shift. When school or seasonal timing came up, it was also about making sure my schedule was realistic and that I had the right limitations and motivation for the role.
