My interview experience was built around a set of structured prompts about how I work.

I was asked to describe times I’d worked cross-functionally and how I’d handled different communication challenges. I also got questions framed around difficult stakeholders, solving problems, and managing expectations.

Those prompts felt straightforward, and they lined up with the kind of situations I’d talked about in past roles. Because the questions were so specific, it was clear the goal was to see how I think and how I explain my decision-making. I didn’t end up taking the job, but the interview itself felt focused and easy to engage with.
