I went through a compact but structured sequence.

First was a 30-minute call with the recruiter, followed by a take-home project. After that, I had a 60-minute video call with an engineer that included an algorithm question.

I then did another 30-minute video call with a second engineer, and that later call didn’t include an algorithm question. The whole path felt like it was designed to test both general engineering judgment and more targeted problem-solving without dragging on too long.
