I started with a recruiter call, just to align on the role and what they were looking for.

After that, I spoke with the team lead on the phone. The next step was a first technical interview that ran as a coding session with two separate questions.

Eventually I reached a second technical interview where I was asked to solve a design-style problem with AI. That round felt different from pure coding, more about how I’d structure a solution and reason through requirements. Overall the process was fairly standard in length and difficulty—four stages total—and it ended without me getting an offer.
