Synechron QA Automation Engineer interview experience

My process felt like it was headed in the wrong direction almost immediately.

In one of the interviews, the interviewer kept trying to bounce my answers back at me instead of actually assessing my thinking. The questions felt like they were drifting into programming-related topics in a way that didn’t match the core QA/SDET focus.

Even though I came prepared to discuss testing and automation clearly, the vibe kept getting worse during the conversation. It ended with me feeling like the management of the interaction wasn’t handled well and that the interviewer behavior made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.
