I got contacted through a consultancy and went through the first technical round.

I was told I had cleared it, and I was asked to submit documents afterward. Once I submitted, though, the process went quiet.

I tried reaching out repeatedly for about 10 straight days to push the second round forward, but I couldn’t get through—calls stopped being answered and emails didn’t get a response either. It felt like a waste of time for everyone involved because there was no clear update after the initial progress.
