After applying, I went through an online assessment that tested probability and statistics—roughly 20 questions—and it was followed by multiple interview steps that stayed aligned to the same theme.

I expected the next stages to be mostly behavioral, but after the assessment I did speak with a recruiter who asked both behavioral and technical questions.

From there, the process continued into technical conversations and then a final stage that felt like a longer day. I remember probability and EV-style thinking coming up again, alongside math and, late in the process, some data analysis elements. The superday format was more intensive than the earlier calls, but it still felt like they were evaluating whether I could handle the trading/market logic behind the math.
