This process dragged on over roughly two to three months and felt intentionally slow.

I went through five rounds, starting with an OA that included 17 math and probability questions in about an hour. After that, there was a relatively quick HR call meant more as a vibe check, and then another probability/expected-value round.

Next came an hour-long interview with a trader where the probability questions were harder, and at the end they did another small vibe check. The biggest swing for me was the take-home assignment: I had 48 hours to analyze a sequence of trades and come up with a strategy in whatever language I chose.
