San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying, the process felt pretty smooth overall even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.

It spanned about two months from start to finish, and I moved through an online assessment, an initial HR call, then coding, and finally a last round.

The structure of it was straightforward and organized, and the pacing didn’t feel chaotic. I didn’t hit any major surprises—just a steady progression through the stages. By the end, it was disappointing not to convert, but the overall experience still felt handled professionally, with a clear sequence and good momentum until the final decision.
