The interview felt decent overall, and the recruiter conversation and structure didn’t seem chaotic.

The trouble was what I couldn’t get clarity on: when I pressed about why turnover was so high in the role, they avoided giving a direct answer.

That uncertainty kept pulling me out of the process. I decided not to continue after digging into the turnover question, because I didn’t want to walk into a situation that didn’t come with honest context.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the whole experience ended up teaching me more about the company’s communication around retention than about the actual job itself.
